PKD Workshow
Inspired by Philip K Dick’s experience called ‘2-3-74’, two actors engage in research which begins to question their reality and that of the audience.
Accompanied by psychedelic projection and entrancing score the actors begin to play loosely with established identities, narratives and timelines, forcing the audience into paradoxical beliefs and disrupting the surety of their perspective.
Written by Daniel O’Shea, developed by the collective with direction from Conor Wylie. Performed by Daniel O’Shea, Sean Marshall Jr. Live sound design by Nancy Tam, live video design by Remy Siu.
Presented at Shift One-Act Festival at The Cultch May 2014.
